River: Young lyrics James Wallace

James Wallace

'Return to Good'

About 'Return to Good':

"Our lives are surrounded by nature- this visual poetry that we easily overlook. We need to get back in touch with what's real, with what connects our heart and the soul," offers James. "It's about choices and being present in the moment. And as Joseph Campbell once said,"The best we can do is lean towards the light."

As a member of the MENC/National Association for Music Education, James wrote, performed & produced, 'Return to Good' to benefit future generations by raising awareness and funds to support music in our public schools and nature conservancy. Recorded on location in New England and NY, the tracks were mixed in the Berkeley Hills and mastered by George Horn at Fantasy Studios, CA.

The music is joyful and real with beautiful tones and improvisations- likened to works of Mark Isham, Hubert Laws, & Chris Botti. James decided to follow his instincts, composing & producing pieces inspired by travels and personal meditations.
